Salad Dressings

Salad dressings deserve a special word because they tend to be based on vegetable oils, which growing research suggests might not be the best kind of fat to eat on a regular basis. They have high levels of inflammation causing Omega-6 fats, and the processing of the oils tends to render them rancid before they even get to the store shelves. Because of this, I’m very careful about the fats I use in my salad dressings. Below are some of my favorite recipes that I feel confident in using.
