1 package chunk cheese of choice (I like mild cheddar, colby, or mozzarella), sliced thinly
Fresh sliced bread of choice (I like sourdough)
Butter
For each sandwich:
- Butter 2 slices bread
- Place one slice butter side down in hot skillet (cast iron works best). Top with cheese and other slice bread, butter side up.
- Grill for a few minutes until bread is golden brown, then flip and grill the other side, pressing down to help melt cheese.
