6 or 8 red or white potatoes, washed and chopped into large chunks (skin on or off, as desired)
2 Tbs Olive Oil
2 Tbs Fresh rosemary (or 1 Tbs dried)
Garlic powder
Sea salt
- Chop rosemary finely (skip if using dried).
- Mix olive oil & rosemary in a gallon size freezer bag. Add potatoes, seal bag, and thoroughly coat potatoes with the mixture
- Empty coated potatoes onto baking sheet. Sprinkle salt and garlic powder on them, turn and sprinkle the other side too
- Bake in oven until potatoes are browned and tender
