Garlic Rosemary Roasted Potatoes

6 or 8 red or white potatoes, washed and chopped into large chunks (skin on or off, as desired)

2 Tbs Olive Oil

2 Tbs Fresh rosemary (or 1 Tbs dried)

Garlic powder

Sea salt

  1. Chop rosemary finely (skip if using dried).
  2. Mix olive oil & rosemary in a gallon size freezer bag.  Add potatoes, seal bag, and thoroughly coat potatoes with the mixture
  3. Empty coated potatoes onto baking sheet. Sprinkle salt and garlic powder on them, turn and sprinkle the other side too
  4. Bake in oven until potatoes are browned and tender
